Why are we using AlvinOne in our work community?
AlvinOne helps us to prevent health issues in our work community before the issues arise. For you, as an employee, AlvinOne offers an ecosystem to help you identify your future risks, current state of health and feedback on how to promote your health. You can also find health and wellness services your employer wants to offer you in AlvinOne. It’s important for your employer that the work community is healthy, risks can be predicted and problems can be noticed early. AlvinOne creates anonymized group level reports that enable data-driven decision making and efficient targeting of resources.
How is the information I enter into AlvinOne used?
The information you enter into AlvinOne is used in the AlvinOne prediction and electronic health exam to create your personal results. In addition, AlvinOne creates anonymized group level reports for your employer. In group reports all the individual data is removed and the group reports can only be created from groups over 20 people, when the identification of indivduals is impossible. No individual data is is shared with supervisors, co-workers or authorities.
We’d like to make AlvinOne even better and more intelligent to be more useful for you. This is why we use anonymized data in research and development.
What should I do if I get a red result in the AlvinOne Health exam?
If you have high risk, meaning that one section is red in electronic health exam, we recommend you contact your occupational healthcare provider. If you already have a treatment plan, continue to follow it. Contact information and links can be found on this page at the top.
What should I do if I get a yellow result in AlvinOne electronic health exam?
If you have medium risk, meaning that one section is yellow in electronic health exam, follow the instructions in the app and take action to improve your own health. Remember to set realistic and achievable goals for yourself and seek support if you need it.
What should I do if I get a green result in AlvinOne electronic health exam?
Great – green means that you have no risk on that specific health section. Keep up the good work, and maintain your strengths!
